Connie's Pizza is one of Chicago's best known pizza restaurants. However, their website was averaging a bounce rate of 53% every month. Idea Booth redesigned the site with the goal of lowering that number, helping customers smoothly through the sales funnel.
We trimmed the fat from the site, de-prioritizing links not associated with the sales funnel and modernizing the aesthetic. Mouthwatering photography and fun graphics now entice the customers.
The results immediately spoke for themselves, with the average monthly bounce rate dropping from 53% to 22%, and fans spending less time fumbling around the site.
